If you have been searching for wealth or trying to increase your income, yet nothing seems to be working, you may want to start searching within. Wealth can be found by first acquiring the right state of mind. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” In fact, when the right state of mind is used, wealth finds us through ideas and opportunities. Many times we talk about all the things we would do if we were wealthy. Thinking about what you “would do if”, sends a message to your brain that you currently think of yourself as an individual who is not wealthy and that you think wealth is not possible. If you see yourself as someone who is not wealthy or as someone who does not have the possibility of obtaining, than you will remain in the condition you imagine for yourself. However, all is not lost. As mystical and magical as it may sound, you can find the wealth you are looking for by following the wealth concepts. To attract wealth into your life, begin by:

1. Elevating your thinking – see yourself having the wealth or the kind of life you desire. Practice seeing the end result. Do not worry about how you are going to achieve the lifestyle you desire, just see yourself having it, but be prepared to take action on your ideas. Whenever an idea pops up, immediately go to work and program yourself to recognize opportunity when it comes along.

2. Make your own decisions – Do not always follow the crowd. Learn to do the things you know to be right. Follow the inner voice that will guide you to your ultimate destiny and not the unsolicited advice of everyone around you. No one can take you to your destiny faster than you can take yourself. Do not be afraid of making mistakes, be decisive. If you get an idea and you think it will help you achieve your goals, follow you instinct, no matter what anyone says. Caution: Seek advice from your mentors, but allow the final decision about your life to be made by you.

3. Identify mental blocks – If you are having a difficult time increasing your wealth, you may have a few “hang-ups” about becoming wealthy. If you grew up in an environment where the closest you came to wealth was watching it on television, you may be convinced that everyone else deserves wealth, but you. You may also be convinced that wealthy people are not happy people, but that is a myth. There are some unhappy rich people and unhappy poor people. Happiness like wealth is a state of mind so you decide if and when you want to be happy. The truth is there is nothing to stop you from being wealthy, except you and your state of mind. Sometimes because we think that wealth is not attainable, we reject it. Take an honest look at yourself. Are you responsible for preventing your own wealth? Do you think that wealth is not attainable for you? If so, write down your “hang-ups” and replace the negative vision with a positive one, constantly see yourself with what you deserve. Write down visions of possibilities for your life. Ask yourself “what if” and then write down all the “what if’s” you can think of. Let yourself dream.

Although, the suggestions may sound simple, they are not. You would be surprised how little attention we give to our own thought process. Start controlling the images you have of yourself and take control of the images you have for your life. If you want to find wealth, take the time to adjust your state of mind, listen to your inner voice, and write down any idea that comes to mind. Try following the suggestions mentioned here for one month and take action on bringing your positive ideas to life.
